| CCO, Doc CD and there used to be an additional chapter you could downoad for free from ciscopress.com - find the BSCN and follow a link for additional materials (or something similar) | |

| Great thanks, I'm out in the gulf at the moment on my first contract, working on Nortel kit, with a little Cisco.
The weathers great, the beers warm and it's too hot to sunbathe apart from that all is well!!!
