Does 2611 router supports "Fast" eathernet?
Is there a Fast eathernet WIC? If yes, what is it call?

Yes, a 2611 can have either 1 or 2 Fast Ethernet ports on board - so you won't a WIC for this. To my knowledge you don't get fast ethernet ports on a WIC.

A friend has a 2611 with 2 ethernet, but they are not "Fast Ethernet". WIC means WAN Interface Card, so there is no way to run fast ethernet on this router.

It seems the 2611 comes with 1 or 2 fixed FastEthernet ports and 2 WIC slots.

2611 comes by default with no Fast Ethernet, rather with two 10M ethernet interfaces. Cisco did make an NM-1FE module (been discontunued now I think) but I can't remember if the 2600 supported that module, though I think it did. I know the 3600 supported it, but you would have to look up on Cisco's website to be sure about the 2611.

Looks like Cisco does sell a module for the 2600 series. All the modules available can be found here:

Don't confuse the XM module with the older non-XM. Most of the documentation on the old 2600 models and the modules they support seems to have disappeared from CCO or at least I haven't been able to find it.
