| The first thing that strikes me is the difficulty of the BSCN book. Looks like the subject matter will take me a while to understand :> | |

| Are you aware BSCN is now BSCI? | |

| Hi, Matt thanks for the heads up. Whats the difference ? Is there a new book i should have recieved ? | |

| I've never taken it, I know it has ISIS and that on the ciscopress website you can download a free update.
As for the other changes, I'm not sure.
I believe a BSCI book has recently been released.

search for other previous posts also concerning ISIS. there were quite a number of posts regarding it when it was added, it may be useful to you.
note: the 2 chapters from ciscopress are about 100pages each, so that's 200 pages of supplemental material free. the sybex chapter I presume would be of same size... so 300 pages on ISIS. have fun.

| In hindsight I wish I had read these books for my BSCN - they really are good. The link refers to vol 2, you'll also need vol 1.
If your still thinking of passing the lab you will need a very strong understanding of these two books - you may as well do it right first time round. |
