| Greetings to all who had been there (CIT 640-606) Would very much appreciate if you could advise the following as I will be taking the test in 2 days time:
1. How many questions and how long and passmarks ?
2. What simulation can be expected ?
3. Are routing protocols test (OSPF,EIGRP,BGP etc) ?
4. Does cisco press (CIT) covers adequately to at least pass the paper ?

| Here are my comments:
1. 60 questions
2. Simulations were pretty easy. basic drag and drop (not to worry about it)
3. there are some basic routing protocols questions, like administrative distance for each routing protocol and so
4. I used Cisco Press was very very good for this test and as a reference !
Other notes:
- got 1 question on supernetting and subnetting
- I got at least 3 questions about ISDN debug out (these were in the cisco press book and never expected them to be in the test)
- I used boson 1 (ok as a pratice test) but you will not pass the test without knowing the topics or if you only rely on boson. Boson tests were good for other ccnp tests
- I got about 2 basic questions on appletalk
- some questions were vague
- read cisco press book will be just fine
