Just started studying the Remote Access exam and I'm wondering how much I need to study on the 700 series routers.

I'm not looking for a shortcut on my studies - I just can't seem to get into learning about a router that doesn't even run a Cisco IOS and I probably won't ever work on!!! My brain switches off after a few pages on this one

Thanks in advance,

Bugz.

Take my advice; study the 700 and for that matter all the other routers mentioned in your study guide. They will all feature in the exam, in the section 'Selecting Cisco Products for Remote Access'. Check your exam score report afterwards and you will see how you did on this section.

Good Luck

it really doesn't matter if it will come out or not. But it is still better to understand it.By the way, Cisco wll not put it there if it's not part of the course. Goodluck and know your stuff.
