| Hello,
I took the CIT in January of this year and although the question pool has been updated since, the exam should be pretty much the same.
It's the easiest of all of the exams assuming that you've done the study work for the other three.
To make it a 'real' test they ask simple question in an obscure way...two or more answer may seem to be the right answer, or none of them may look correct.
So you have to read the question twice, then look at the answers and maybe re-read the question once again.
After I selected a suitable answer I read the question again followed immediately by the answer that I'd just given as one last check that everything seemed to be OK.
You may want to use all of the available time, there's no rush, but you need to be pretty sure before you click the 'next' button that you've given the best answewr from those presented to you. And the 'best' answer may actually make little sense to you but you got to that one by eliminating all of the other answers...it doesn't matter, it's all valid for showing that you have some idea what it's all about.
I'm not a brilliant Cisco tech but I managed over 900 on the CIT...maybe it was just by poke'n'hope though :-)
If I can pass it then I'm sure that anyone can if they do the studying!
Regards

| Hello,
Peterd
Your post offers some good advise! Re-read the question see if it makes sense.
Hard work and study makes it happen. Hands on and logical reasoning will yield success!!
I will try it when my chance comes up!
