| damn, i failed support today. i am so upset coz b4 the exam i was feeling really confident. i knew most of the stuff inside out. i use to get over 95 % in boson tests. anyways......most of the stuff is out of the book (i felt). all the questions in the text books seem useless to practise its no way real or relevant to the exam. lots of catalyst switching, debug exhibits.
you cant pass this exam if you have no experience on any equipments. thats why i am goin to work on my cat5000, 2600's and isdn emulator.
i dont know if i will even clear in my 2nd attempt now. this has really hit me hard. i got a 674. | |

| Welcome to the club! I failed it last week. Although I have only myself to blame for not being prepared, I have reread the book and all answers to the questions I remember jump right out at me. Nothing really complicated, just so many details to remember. I am using the old 506 Cisco Press book. 90% of everything I was asked on the test was basic info about troubleshooting. I think the thing that killed me was having to choose several correct answers in a question.
Walking around with a big "L" on my forehead, I am gonna hit it again next week. |
