hello everyone

can anyone here explain me the usage of
vwiv-1mft-e1 card coz the only thing that bothers me is this that if i take a pri line from a service provider and drop it into this card how can i use it as a fxo dialing interface i mean to say can i give the tone recieved from this pri line and wat other equipment do i have to install to install mft card in this scenario
