| Can anyone tell me what I am missing here on my access-list? This is what I have:
access-list 110 deny tcp any any eq 1214
access-list 110 permit ip any any
I also put these two statments:
ip access-group 110 in
ip access-group 110 out
Now you may argue that to take the ip access-group 110 out..but that would not make any difference.
Either way, Kazaa still works. I am using Cisco 2611 router.
Thanks for any input. | |

| On which interface are you applying the ACL? | |

| assuming you are putting the ACL on the correct interface, is there any way to configure kazaa to use a different port and have you checked to see whether your stations are using the port you are trying to block. Also, this is just showing my ignorance of kazaa... it would seem to me like such a bandwidth hog might run over udp not tcp but this is just an educated guess... | |

| This ACL is on Ethernet 1 port which is going outside. The worksations are using default port (1214). |
