| I was wondering if anyone had ever attempted to take the foundations exam and if so how was it. I'm taking it on Thursday. Any insight would be helpful | |

| Swas,
My impression about this exam is that most people prefer taking each course separately. This is why, it is unfortunate to say, since I have been on this forum (for the short time), I haven't seen any question or comment related to the Foundation Exam. I have even browsed all the postings since January, and unless I missed it, I haven't seen anything about it. I could be wrong because I might have overlooked. However, what I'm trying to say is, don't expect to get many feedbacks, if at all you get any, on this exam.
My personal opnion about this exam is that it is a wide variety of concepts and details that I have to take on and I don't want to do that, considering all the details I need to master for each of the 3 courses. Furthermore each exam of these 3 courses is already difficult by itself, so I find it easier on me by doing them one at a time.
This is not to dissuade you or insinuate that you are the exam will be too difficult for you. You made the decision yourself and you know what it will take for you to pass it, so all I could do is just wish you Good Luck and we hope to hear about the outcome. | |

| ummmmmmmmmmmm, foundation exam !!
I have never seen a guy write that exam before. I wish u all the best if u want to take the three papers at once.
It is very certain that the exam ll be cheap to pass too if we all can pass the other three exams one by one.
Just get ur materials together and read them carefully and all ll surely be very fine.
Happy reading | |

| You can refer my previous postings on FRS the #509 exam. Cisco does not maintain any a different Q bank for this exam. It is a combination of questions taken from the old Routing 2.0 #503 and Switching #504 and Remote exams. If you are very thorough with the above 3 exams you can complete this exam in one shot!
Best of luck! |
