Hi all

Well Im now studying Support...and really finding it hard going...all the hardware analysis etc...

Would love to hear your experiences and opinions on whats important and in the exam, what to focus on...what the pass mark is...

SO lay it on please...

That is a good question! This test seems to be a review of the first three with the olny different that goes deeper in commands such as show and debug. I heard that there are questions covering also the first chapter of cisco press book as well as appletalk and novell but mostly ISDN and Frame Relay.
I plan to thake this last test in two weeks from now and I really would like to know how important are the first 5 chapters since I found them hard to remember.
