| alright, I have the CCNA and the 503 under my belt and I have yet to come across a question asking about fram structure and where a field is. All of the books seem to have it in there and spend quite a lot of pages talking about it, but it is not on the test.
I understand it is good to know these things, at least generally, to understand the protocol, but again..not on the test.
Now memorizing these things if it is on the test is a good thing, but real world I can look it up very quickly. I spent hours upon hours memorizing the BGP flags and OSPF structure.
Now I have forgotten them since I dont use it every day. ANd to be honest to keep something like that in memory is quite a task.
Has anybody seen these on a test? I am preparing for the 505 and dont want to memorize useless info when I could spend more time with ISDN and such.
