inclusive system erros (from remote host)!!!!

What does this erro means during an IOS upgrade?
I can telnet/ping from remote host to the router, but cannot seems to transfer the IOS for upgrade.

Any1 ever seen the erro on the TFTP server and how did you fix it?

ordinary problem. Check your tftp server and polish the transfer settings.
