Guys, I do work with various routers at various times, but not all the time and not near enough to be considered someone who is "a guru" with routers. What is the best way to get that experience, WITHOUT buying a lab (for lack of money)and WITHOUT going right off and getting another job (which are hard to come by these days in my area). Id like to volumteer some time somewhere, but I dont even know anyone in this area that I learn or hang around from. Any suggestions???

Look for a local Cisco Users Group. That's a start. Then there's always online labs . . .
