| I have seen people on E-Bay selling Chassis and Supervisors for various routers.
I was wondering how hard it would to be to build my own Frankenstiens Router from thoose parts.
I was thinking about trying for a 7000 series.
Is this feasible? | |

| It shouldn't be any different from going to a reseller and giving them a kit list, except for the price that is!
When you specify a router you also specify the modules you need, It may take a while longer to get the parts you need by purchasing from ebay.
Just make sure you buy parts which are compatible by doing your research first!! | |

| You can but it's overkill and unnecessary because I don't believe they are even used in the CCIE Lab Exam (MC can correct me). I bought a 3640 for my lab and even that may have been more than I needed. It's a great router but I may have been better served by getting more of other stuff.
