| Hi everyone,
I'm starting with my CCNP cert, and guess I'll start with the routing exam, I've already got CCNA and CCDA certs, and bought the CCNP Training kit and the CCNP Certification library, is there any recommendation you can give me about ccnp?? or warning or something like that?? Was your exam really hard?? 'coz the CCNA and CCDA were not as hard as the books and people told me, but I know I gotta be ready for anything, beacuase we all know it's Cisco Systems...
Thanks. | |

| I would suggest to start with the hardest exam - Routing. For this one it is very importnat to know the routing protocols, esp BGP and OSPF. Don't rely on just one text, use a couple more and go to the Cisco website for some advance BGP scenarios. BGP and BGP route redistribution almost ruined my day on that test. I passed, but barely. The switching and CIT test were easy compared to the routing. I am taking the Remote Access test on the 27th and I'll finally be finished. After that the security specialization then CCIE. Good luck in your studies. |
