Can I combine 2 ADSL 512k line using Cisco Router?

Question 1: One of my customer have 2 512k ADSL line. He want to combine these 2 lines so that he can get 1mbps bandwidth. Is this possible in Cisco router?

Question 2: If Question 1 senario cannot be done, then can I do load-balancing over the 2 ADSL line and how to do it?
