| Im throwing this question out to everyone:
In your opinion and/or past experience, how long do you think it takes to obtain the CCNP. This includes preperation and test taking through all 4 exams? | |

| If your only looking to gain the knowledge it takes to pass the exams, it can be done in 2-6 months. | |

| hello,
I took fourteen months but then I probably over-prepared on the routing as it was the first one. I'd not done anything much with Cisco other than simple, day to day, stuff for a couple of years since taking the CCNA course and exam.
Unless you have lots of experince I'd say a good guideline would be to take an exam every three months. That'll leave you time to read the books properly and to play around with equipment, etc.
Regards

| If you got previous experience look to about 1 test per month |
