Routing or Switching

| I just finish my CCNA last week and wondering what exam to write next: routing or switching. I have a fair amount of working experience with Cisco product (Router: 2500, 2600 and 3600 series; Switch: 1900 and 2900 series (XL)). Any suggestion?
I was also looking at Cisco Press. They have 2 books for 640-503. One is BSCN by Diane Teare and Catherine Paquet, and the second one is CCNP Routing Exam Certification Guide by Clare Gough. Which book should I get for the exam or should I go with Sybex book by Todd Lamle?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks. | |

| Very rare Canadian member !
Routing apparently seems harder than Switching according to different people. I just passed my routing exam this morning and it was a good one. I bought the Sybex and Cisco Press and relatively, I used Sybex as a second hander.
Catherine Paquet (Preparation Library)
The other one is Certifcation Library.
Preparation seems more simpler to understand, according to my readings.
Good Luck ! | |

| I started with switching then routing. I've got my BCRAN exam this Sunday, and CIT in 3 weeks.
I'm using the Ciscopress 4-book CCNP package.
