Hi all.

Our company has purchased 1 CCNP virtual lab product. 2 of my fellow colleagues have installed the software and when I came to install the software and register it over the Web giving the product id, it said that the number of activisations [presume it means users in this case??] has been used or none left.

Does anyone know what I should do in this case, or is there a limit to the no. of users per product?

Do you recommend this product?

The sim program was most likely purchased for 2 licensed users. In this case sorry, but you have to purchase another copy or uninstall one from the other users and install on your machine.
