Managing Cisco Network Security 442 exam help

| Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone had recently taken the 640-442 exam. I am about to take it today and think I have everything covered, but was wondering if anyone else out there had any last minute details I need to pay attention to.
Ive tried to cover it all, but there are alot of commands. Does anyone know if there are alot of fill-in-the-blank type questions?
Also, if you have taken the test, did you use Boson and which version is better?

| Thanks for replying. I took the test yesterday and passed with an 850 or so. Not too bad. Studying always pays off. Plus having access to alot of equipment helps too. On to the firewalls...I got a PIX 3DES 501 from CDW for 485...best price around. | |

I used the Cisco Press MCNS study guide. Good prep. Plus I had Boson Tests #1 and #2. If you can do the Boson tests and get better than a 75, consistently, you are fine. The Boson tests are harder than the real test. Im doing the PIX firewall exam soon. Most of the info that is in the Firewall Cisco Press Study guide I already studied as it was in the MCNS study guide. Good refresher tho. Short book, about 285 pages, or so. Still a good read. |
