Hello:

I am beginning my quest for the CCNP Cert. I
do not have access to any router/switch equipment. I want to gain some practical while studying for tests.

Could someone advise which Router/Switch Sim that would help me gain some practical experience while working towards my CCNP Cert.

any of the cisco Cim products would fit that bill.

eventually you'll have to to get real routers
start looking at ebay

I recommend you checking out www.netflow.com. His lab's are really good and pretty cheap considering the alternatives.
