Where do I issue the net command for ISIS?

I've tried the global and router config modes, but the command "net" in the global context was for configuring NETBios access-lists...

...

Here's the session on my router (IOS 12.0.9)

Frankfurt#conf t

Frankfurt(config-router)#net ?
