I have been setting up my lab (2x2503, 1x2501, 1x2502, and a 2515)

Can you recommend a good terminal server? I've looked at the 2500 (2511 etc) series and the Cisco 516CS.

However I see a lot of others around for a lot less. And since all I want is a telnet or http connection to the term server and rev telnet out I would think I could get one a bit cheaper.

What, if any, Terminal server (8 to 16 ports) would you suggest?

thanks in advance

A friend of mine uses a Xplex terminal server. It's not terribly difficult to configure and works fine. Be sure to get the the flash card with it when you buy it. If you get the terminal server you can use it for other stuff in your lab, not just terminal serving, you know. They've all got sync serial ports, too.
