Do you guys think an average guy can pass the ccnp exams without having hands on experience if I just used the sybex books and the virtual trainer? Im a newbie and I cant get to a real lab anywhere. Im just a poor guy. Thanx.

Instead of focusing on the CCNP you should focus on getting your CCNA first. CCNA is a prerequisit (sp) for CCNP anyways and it should give you a feeling of whether or not you want to give CCNP a shot. JMHO. Good luck to you.
