| Aug 20,center of test update my contact address,after two days,I seen my new address at Cisco Web Site.But,today I again login cisco site,but I seen my Old address!!!New address of center of test is disappear!why? So,I request center of test update again my new address .I don't know if occur this problem again?
Today I meet another question,when I press Submit botton,occur follow message:
Thank you for updating your contact information.
Failure to do so may cause information to be sent to an incorrect mail or email address.
why occur this message? My email address is allways availability.
After center of test update again my new address,what need I do?If again occur this problem,how did I do ??? Please help me! Thank you very much! | |

| You should be able to change you address on the web site without assistance. If it didn't take, you might not have filled in all the fields correctly and it wasn't taken into the system, might have missed the error message, sometimes do it myself.
As for the message you get when you change your address (which means that you did it right), it is just saying that if you don't have the right address, your stuff won't get to you. Some people would put in a fake address thinking that they don't want to get a bunch of garbage mail. Just a reminder that pops up for everyone so if they don't get their certificates, Cisco can say that they told them so. |
