| Outside of the Cisco Press Books, you can also use the ever famous Boson Exams. Seem to be pretty good and mostly up to date. If nothing else it will get you in the right mode to take a test and you will know where your weaknesses are. Not too expensive considering the cost of the test if you don't pass.
Total of 3 Boson exams you can get over the internet. I am not sure which is the best, probably someone else can comment on which ones they though were the most useful.
