Why the crash in the IT sector, short time employment, job-hopping seems to be mainstay. It seems that more people live with fear of their jobs, the stress level is high, and uncertainty is just around the corner, even you can lose your job at any time. How does one cope with all this? Is it the profit motive? Present-day profit-motivated economics is doomed unless profit motives can be augmented by service motives. Ruthless competition based on narrow-minded self-interest is ultimately destructive of even those things that it seeks to maintain. Can you see the trend? Currently, getting a Government IT job seems to be the only island that will not be wiped out during a storm? Is this true to some degree and is this inherently wrong?

As for me, I am looking forward to the day when I go on the hunt, till then, I will be working on my home lab so I may learn, and maybe someday I can help others.
