| I took the switching test last night. No surprises, exactly what you would expect. Know your VLAN, trunking, MLS.
I am on to CIT, last one for me. Will hope to write that one in about 2 weeks.
Good luck to all.

| cool!!
did you have many command questions?
did you have to type-in the commands or you could select from a command list?
I really appreciate it. | |

| Aries,
I had a few command questions. I read the cisco press book(Karen Webb) and used Boson #1.

| Hello, Hobbit
I am so sorry that I keep asking you the questions. I am gonna have my BCMSN next week, and I am sure that BCMSN has some command questions. However, I heard that we should type the command without any command list that you could look at as BCRAN and BSCN. could you please tell me what you had?
I really appreciate what you have done for me.

| How much time did you spend studying? Much easier than the routing exam? | |

| Aries,
You have to know the commands well enough to type them in, not from a list.
I spent about a month studying for this one. I am in the middle of moving to a new city, of course we are all acutely aware of the downturn in the IT market, so I felt compelled to push forward more quickly and complete the ccnp for my resume. I think I spent 4 months on routing, 2 months on remote access, 1 month on switching and I will take CIT next week.
Turn up the heat! It's cooking here in the midwest, temps 100+ and I feel pressured to get this finished.
Thanks to everyone for all the great posts.
