My exam date for CCDP is 12th Aug and guess i will have to cancell the test because try as I might, I could not find a SINGLE Ciscopress CID book in Singapore, be it libraries or bookstores. Some bookstore owners even inform me that even the suppliers has no stocks. Well, I am hoping whether anyone of you guys out there can help me locate that 'high in-demand' book. Please help! Thanks.

CertAddict, I did remember seeing one at this Stamford Book Store (if I remembered the name correctly) just 20m down from City Hall MPH near the National Library. But that was about two weeks ago when I went there to look for Solaris certification guide. The books there are cheaper than the Computer Book Store at Funan though much smaller and less variety. If you happen to be working in the east, maybe we could meet and chit chat and do some information sharing since we both are certification addicted".

i may be unknowing about this but can you
buy from ciscopress.com or amazon.com ??
from singapore ??
i guess not if your asking ?
i take it 8/15/01 and can possibly sell it to
you if you can't find anywhere else ?

Thks for all the help. I have managed to buy that 'much-sought' book over at Funan IT Mall, Singapore.

Managed to read 8 chapters in a day, I must be BOOK-SICK!!

I appreciate that (endurance) and for myself unable to do it. Eight chapters in a day, no way. Even on a Saturday or Sunday, I read at most four chapters (those known practical terrority) and if with hands-on practice two chapters at most. My maxim, no more than four hours (weekday two solid hours), after that no more books. It games time or outdoor time.

Had finished reading the book..find the book quite lacking in SNA stuff..the Cisco website is still the BEST!! Agree?
