Hyperterminal in w2k

| How must i configure the hyperterminal in w2k to work fine with cisco routers, switches and so?
I'm having a lot of problems, with up/down keys and other thins.
I've tried a lot of things and nothing seems to work.

| Most people don't use the Hyperterminal programme that comes with windows - Search this forum for telnet programmes I seem to remember a while back a similar discussion taking place and a number of alternatives where mentioned. | |

| I just tried to look up the thread - could not find it. However you could try a programme called Procomm Plus it has more features than Hyperterminal and may cause you less problems. | |

| Ok, it's done, i've upgrade the default hyperterminal in w2000 from www.hilgraeve.com to Hyperterminal Private Edition v6.1, and now it's working fine.
