hi everyone!
i've just started using r1r2.com labs and having trouble getting into privileged mode. i used the passwords issued but still no go.
i tried to change the config register with the break format suggested and still no good. is it possible to change the config register on these labs?
any help would be great

Not to be rude . . . but, have you tried contacting their tech support? Their e-mail is r1r2@megapathdsl.net . I only suggest that because it sounds kind of like an administrative problem on their end (i.e. they changed the passwords). If that is the case, they will probably happily schedule you for a new (free) timeslot to make up for your lost one.
