| Is there a reason the IP address line is blank?
Also, what about layer 2 encapsulation?

| You didn't give us much to go on. If you didn't specify any encapsulation then you're using HDLC. What type of Larscom multiplexor are you using. I was looking through their site, and it looks like some were specifically designed for either frame-relay or ATM. If so, then HDLC might not work (it might though!!). I'm guessing that you have an ISDN PRI since it's T1. If that's so, the ISDN switch type must be configured on both ends.
For anybody to help you we need more info. Tell us exactly what type of routers and multiplexor you have. You know if configuring a WAN link were as simple as turning on the int and giving it an IP address, they wouldn't have or need Cisco certs.

| Is the line up? Is the protocol up? Show us the show interface command. Call the telco. company to check, it cost you nothing. Ask them to do local and remote loopback and show interface to see whether you see the loopback status. Is all the led normal, any red, orange, green light? Have you check the physical cable, will it be loose? Are you see the right port? Is the CSU/DSU power up? There are thousand ways that something don't work, this is where the troubleshooting skill come in to play! | |

| all the connections are up and up, router interfaces stays up for few seconds and then go down, circuits are up, loopback test are done, running EIGRP on routers, after few seconds, line stays up protocol goes down. when interface is up , can not ping the interface from a local ( same ) router
Thanks for all the help

| If you won't take the time to print up configurations, why should anyone take the time to help you?
I see this on every cisco board i frequent, someone posts a "i have router. Have problem. Need help" and expect people to immediately give a solution.

| If your line is up/down, you're not getting keepalives on the circuit. The 4700 see's carrier, but it's not seeing anything on the other end of the circuit. Is the 7000 looped for a reason? Did you copy that output while the telco was looping towards you? The 4700 certainly isn't going to go up/up with the 7000 looped.
You also need to clear the counters on your interfaces and see if the CRCs and framing errors keep climbing. Not unexpected to see lots of errors when the counter's haven't been cleared in a year and a half.

| I agree, I think my first step would be clear the counters and see if the err's that are on your int are incrementing. | |
