| I've got four days until my BCMSN exam. It seems a lot of those whom have passed this exam have used the Boson tests as a guide to readiness for the exam. It appears, from Boson's web-site that there are three versions available (1,2 & 3). I would welcome any comments from those whom have used Boson tests and particularly welcome advice on which test (ie. 1,2 or 3) was found best overall. Thank you. | |

| For the switching exam Boson does not resemble the test in anyway shape or form. Boson is good however for this particular exam to drive home the little details you may have over looked. They also make you type in the commmands which is very helpful especially if you are not familiar with the SET based commands. I used only Boson #1 for this exam as prep. Good luck Monday!! | |

I used Boson #1. It may be a security blanket to prep for the test, but it worked for me. | |

| Thank you for your prompt and kind replies. As a direct result of your comments I have gone ahead and purchased Boson Test no 1. On my first attempt at all quizes (a, b,& c) I scored between 64% and 76%. This has certainly highlighted some weak areas and perhaps indicated my strengths also.
Sitting the exam on Tuesday afternoon. Regardless of whether I pass or fail I promise to give back something to this forum for which I have developed a great respect. | |

If you are scoring higher then 70% on the Bosons then you are going to do fine on the exam. I as well as many others on this forum who have taken the actual switching test will tell you that the Boson test for this exam are much harder then the actual exam. Good luck and let us know how you did.
