Passed the test today- just barely due to limited study. I am off to ccnp bootcamp and wannted to just pass at least one to take the pressure off.

There was a lot of trunking, a FIB about something I never heard ofand disregarded. If you get a diaggragm, dont panic. I spent 4 minutes trying to figure out what was up w/ this one question. Take your time and don't be discouraged if you feel that you got the first two-three questions wrong. It got to me but then I got to the stuff I really knew..STP,CGMP,3 RSM - mls stuff. There was some knowing what hardware goes where etc...Don't just gloss over the 1st chapter of the Cisco Press...But then again, don't spend hours. Read the book once well, Gloss over thoroughly VTP (trunking), STP, VLAN and MLS. Take notes second time around. Commands were on the test. Can't tell which ones but knowing what mode commands etc. are in is not a real big deal. If you read the book, reviewed and really cram for a day or two before the test you will pass. Whether or not you feel good in front of a real switch will come to you when that day comes. If that day is already here...you better know it man..
Good Vibes and love to all,
don't let 'em beat you
and kick ###...

EXCELLENT!!! Congrats JR, what's your next move, what is the subject in CCNP boot camp, all exams or do they concentrate on one at a time??

Hey crypto...
It covers all four tests over a 12 day period.
Its very intense as it pushes you through the material, gives you some hands-on, and prepares you enough to pass the tests. I hope to have ccnp by the end of it. I'll keep you posted.
