What are the best study guides for CCNP that are easy to read and understand?

For the ccnp i think that the cisco library is the best.
And for sure a lot of study.

I passed BSCN today. Have found 3-4 okay studyguides for this. But the best one is found
at www.routedpacket.com. I hope there will be more guides like this for the rest of the CCNP exams. I am now working on BCMSN using mainly
Cisco Press library.
