| You must be referring to CCO. It is best that you check their site. Or go trough your old e-mails, unless that is the information that you lost.

|  I had the same problem. I wanted to booked a test online with www.2test.com. I went to book the exams and during the process my Cisco ID was there!
Just another way to get it. | |

| For crying out loud, cisco id is mentioned on my ccna card for pitty's sake!
