| I am getting ready to take my switching exam. When I did my BSCN and BCRAN I bought a few routers and telco simulators (POTS and rented ISDN).
For this test I do not want to shell out the $$ for the switches.
Has anybody used the CIM for switching? Heard anything about it. at $75 ebay I'd rather go that route than actually purchase the switches...
oh, and any word on other CIMs? Id be curious to hear any opinions.

| From my own experience, I found them very useful indeed. Not as good as the real thing, but very good all the same.
The dynamic ip routing protocols CIM was particularly good.
Give them a whirl...
