What is Back to Back Cable?
What is it used to?
It is simulate WAN routers by connect serial
ports on two routers,isnt it?

Yep, That's what it's used for. I've also used them to connect edge routers to core routers. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a DCE and DTE cable. I've configured HDLC, Point-To-Point Frame Relay and PPP with much success using a back to back cable..
