| What is Back to Back Cable?
What is it used to?
It is simulate WAN routers by connect serial
ports on two routers,isnt it?

| Yep, That's what it's used for. I've also used them to connect edge routers to core routers. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a DCE and DTE cable. I've configured HDLC, Point-To-Point Frame Relay and PPP with much success using a back to back cable.. | |
