| Hey guys, I just saw a posting that someone was asking a salary level for CCNP. How abut Seattle WA or Portland OR area? Does anyone work around this area in Networking field? My friends are thinking about moving over to this area... | |

| Apologies if I cause offence - this is the third of these posts within a few days.
Can I suggest that before we start working our way around the world with people asking for salaries people have a look at the forums available to us.
There is a forum provided for exactly this question, you can find it in general dicussions called certifications and IT jobs/salaries.

| Keeping in mind the fact that you really should post these inquiries in the right forum, I will answer your question.
I presently work in Seattle. I have six years experience, one test down for the CCNP, and I'm making 70.
However, the current job market here in Seattle is pretty grim. If your friends already have decent jobs, I would actually suggest they stay put. |
