| took and passed teh BSCN today. i moved my date from Jan-29th to the 25th and it worked out. i wanted to score higher, but i passed it comfortably.
as everyone suggests, know EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. i saw an inordinate number of questions on EIGRP. i also saw a lot of questions on redistribution and route summarizing. not a lot on subnetting (didn't need to calculate anything longhand). actually saw quite a bit on RIP and IGRP and how they interact with other protocols (i.e. distance vector interaction with link state).
on to the BCMSN Jan-31.
good luck to all who are scheduled to write exams and those who are on their way. if anyone needs any help (without violating NDA) email me. i can tell you the BSCN text should be your primary resource. use the following link with the book http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/10...ng/pdf/bscn.pdf . keep in mind most CBTs and powerpoint presentations will mirror the BSCN course and text.
as for sites, www.sitamoht.com is good, as is www.cisco.com (duh), obviously this site, and BlueBaron's site.
thanx for all the input and direction.
