I have a question about the cd that CCIE candidate have exposure to at the CCIE lab test. What is it and where can I get it? Regards.

It's the Cisco documentation CD. It comes with any Cisco product. It's the same thing that's found on the documentation home page at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/home/home.htm
