| Hi fellas
Guess what , i cleared BSCN exam , 640-403 Routing 2.0 Today ,i scored 873 , passing 690 ,61 ques.time limit 105 min.
well the exam is not very difficult , well will just let you know what were the few things i got in the exam ,
1. about 7 show commands ,
2. a drag and drop , know where to place
in bgp Route reflector , Clients , Non-clients & Cluster.
3. Some funda questions about VSLM , know it advantages and which all protocols use it ,
4. Know how the output looks when you type the command sh ip rou , at a stub and totally stub area , output is given and asked to choose the right options.
5. About Bgp , know the path prefrences , like Weight ,
local prefrence .....blah blah balah ... , they will give you out put of BGP route , and ask you to identify the next hop , (well the one with the highest weight ofcourse)
6.know throughly about EIGRP , OSPF , BGP , well the exam tests you not more than any of these three protocols.
My advice , go to cisco site , in the search option type for the above three, and selcet the best site which covers most.Know about the basics throughly , cisco checks
that.
well , lastly , be kind enough to put some dumps on the site the minute you clear the paper , it's called manners....
love and life

| Thanks for the information. I have heard that this test was very difficult. I'm glad to hear someone say otherwise. I also heard that the test was about 35% BGP. Was that your experience? I have been using Cisco's web site for a lot of my information and it is better than most books you can buy. Especially on BGP. I can't imagine any book covering BGP as well as the Cisco documentation I have read. Anyway, back to the grindstone. Thanks again for the info.
