Fill-in the blanks on BSCN exam?
|
|
|
| OK, I have a slight concern here...
I can score 80% on almost all the Boson's for BSCN. But it seems like there are an awful lot of fill in the blank type questions regarding commands on these exams. For some reason, I miss a syntax word or something fairly easy, but I miss them frequently.
My question is for BSCN veterans...did you get very many fill in the blank questions on your exams? I don't want to know the exact questions, just whether you got those type of questions or not.
I think it would be fair to have a few of them on the exam, but some of those boson's have upwards of 10 fill in the blanks per exam. Thanks for your responses. | |

Correct syntax only apply to CIT exam. Rest of the exams will have prelisted command all you have to do is type as is and some of them have to just choose the line # relates to exam. I donot think boson is any good but if you do the boson keep doing it until you get 100% otherwise you are confuse or tring to memorize those questions.

| How about getting your a real router to play with the commands instead of memorizing a command but don't know either to input it in Global or interface. | |

| Hi,
You will get a button when clicked yu can see a list of around 110 commands. There are many wrong commands in it too.
they are nicely divided like the show commands think starts from 80 to 110, the config commands 40 to 79, i cant remember more more.
You have just type the number that matches the position of the command.
eg 81 show run
if the answer is show run you will have to enter 81.
All the type in qts will have this list of questions around 110 or so. I gave it on 9 dec 2000 and secure 942/1000.
i cannot explain it in more simpler way than this. If anyone can explain it better than me please help to clear this guys doubts.
best of luck for your exams. the exam is nothing related to boson exams but boson exams builds your confidence by making you dig more things in the book.
regards
