a. NetBEUI
b. NetBIOS
c. TCP/IP

I am not sure but I think the answer is B.
Can somebody tell me if I am correct

It is c. TCP/IP, what is really being asked is that if the TCP/IP stack used in microsoft's operating systems is "universal" and will route to the rest of the world based on TCP/IP's abilities.

He is right
NetBEUI is a nonroutable protocol
Netbios is a nonroutable broadcast naming convention
tcp/ip definately routable
arp is used only for address resolution
