passed my BCMSN today !!

| I passed my BCMSN today with 890 ! Thanks for all the help ! I can't believe how many questions on VLAN, VTP and STP there were !! Almost the whole test !
I got 1 question that I didn't know and it was the "command type in question" It asked : Catalyst Switch software produce errors which is normally displayed on the console. Type in the command to see the errors if they are redirected to another device ? ****something like that****, I typed "show debug"...and I know it is wrong!!! Is there anyone who maybe know the correct answer ??

| I only used the Karen Webb book and the ExamCram book. I actually didn't use the Boson Tests at all, but the little that I did I couldn't relate it to anything in the exam.....
VLAN, VTP (trunking), STP ..... that stuff is a killer...almost half the test !

| I also just passed the Switching exam, but I was not too pleased with the exam. I found the questions ambiguous, and actually ran across four sets of questions that seemed identical. Since I couldn't go back and check, I must admit that it really confused me, thinking I'd misunderstood the previous question. VTP, VLAN, trunking, MLS were all BIG areas. If I hadn't gotten 100% in two sections, though, I would not have passed that exam. I studied hard, and really got a good grasp of the material, but the questions was too fuzzy for my taste.
Had several questions on commands in both Set and IOS, so study the different commands for common things. | |

| Cooness, I gotta burn through my SMS 2 and Windows 2k MSCE junk fast and get back to BCMSN! It's been like 2 months since I looked at my McGraw-Hill/osbourne book on BCMSN.

1. Not too hard but ambiguous
2. 3 questions got repeated twice
3. 1 question, fill in 4 blanks on a graph (this question got repeated twice)
4. VLANS, SET-based, IOS based commands, Trunking, STP | |

| Acually, I got the same question, the answer is show logging, its in the Exam Prep Switching book, Page 175.
