| hi,
Any advice to which Prep books or study guides should i get? Are Ciscopress good in CCNP ? What material do u guys here recommend? I intend to start off wif BSCN first, is that a good choice?

| Everyone will have their own opinion here, so I would suggest going to a local bookstore and spend some time reading a few pages from each book you are interested in. This way you can determine for yourself which authors writing style is the most comfortable to you.
Some books go into a lot of detail that may not be necessary for the exam but may have great use in the real world.
The study group that I am with uses the thomas book by osborne as our main book for the BCMSN. We also have the ciscopress book for additional clarification. We also use the thomas book for BCRAN. As a supplement I got the book by syngress. I even have the examcram books for both.
