| Hello folks,
I have emailed CIW at ciwcustservice@ciwcerti
fied.com on March 07, 2003 regarding "How to access the Logo's for the Associate, Professional, Master Designer & Security Analyst Certifications", I forgot a reply from them with a simply reply and the Certification Assistant forgot to attach me the instructions in that email so I emailed her back on the same day, since then I still haven't hear anything from CIW yet. So I need you guys to help me out.
I would like to know what is the fax #, I can fax and touch base with them ?

| Many thanks for your URL but I forgot the password to download my logo of MCIWD. So I think I will re-contact CIW again and ask for the appropriate password. | |

| Did you ever get a response from CIW about this? Just curious.
I emailed the customer service dept for help with registering for online transcripts, and the person who responded was no help at all. There's no phone number for them?
I'm very disappointed.
