| You may follow the below procedures:
1. Open the old image in Photoshop.
2. Add a new layer.(Optional)
3. Select Font Tool.
4. Type the words on your old image to compare the fonts type.
5. After select a fit font.
6. Type the new words.
7. Select the layer 1 which is the image layer (i.e. brown/gray box)
8. Select pick color tool.
9. Pick the brown/gray color
10.Select the retangular tool.
11.Draw a retangular to overwrite the old wordings.
12.Save as other name.

| I am still working on that. Haven't figured out how to do that yet, but I reckon I'll get there sometime later this week. Got a book on PhotoShop and will try to experment my way through it. Thanks for the aid though. |
