Does anyone have any info about on line study at.

http://www.kylincampus.com/selfcourse.htm

Something about doing the Certification test online don't sound right.

" you will need to do about 72% of the online test in order to recieve your hard copy certification."

And they charge $43.95 for the 640-607 course.

I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth but.........

Any info would be great.

Chances are, anything that sounds too good to be true usually is.

1. Reputable businesses do not obscure contact information such as phone numbers and business addresses and only provide an email link that could be ANYBODY.

2. Lots of pretty logos. Could have been cut and pasted from anywhere. They do not link to the named approving institution.

3. They've been very careful about what logos they use. No CompTia logo, even though they offer A+ training, and Microsoft Certified Professional approved study guide? I do not see Microsoft Certified Partner or Training Provider anywhere.

4. Here is the info I found on www.kylincampus.com:

I don't know this as a fact but I think the wording "certification" is misleading. If I remember the CCNA requires an 85% for a passing score. Also the only valid testing sites that I know of is the VUE or Prometric and they're not online exams. For a 72% online test you might get a Kylin's hard-copy certification but not a Cisco.
